I am responsible for developing and executing digital channels to generate leads.Previously I was the Web Manager at EU Automation, forming part of the wider Marketing Team. Making sure the EU Automation website is updated, reporting on traffic and conversions, monitoring any problems that may arise, such as site slowness or other errors manifesting themselves, managing design and development of the website and other digital platforms, and ensuring that SEO and CRO is at a high level are among my primary responsibilities.In my decision-making and planning process, user experience is critical. I've done research and benchmarking, planned, sketched, wireframed, prototyped, built new assets, websites and campaigns to ensure that the whole team is engaged in the UX process and that current and innovative ways of working are being used.I am dedicated to producing a great user experience, making sure that people understand what they're doing and how to do it. I want the end user to perceive that my project is ambitious in terms of usability, and I want them to feel as though their input is valued.HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery have all been used to create websites. I've also utilised a number of CMS to maintain and enhance the user interfaces for the websites I manage. WIX, WordPress, and Elementor are some of the website builders that I've used.When thinking about the effect my designs have, I always set goals and track user activity, and I constantly look for ways to enhance future projects. Reporting on analytics and goal conversions is critical. Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Google Data Studio reports are examples of Analytical software that I use.I take a keen interest in website privacy and have implemented a range of cookieless analytical tools in order to better understand how website visitors are tracked. Tools that I have used include Plausible and SealMetrics.I am a certified instructor specialising in Adobe creative cloud applications and Microsoft Office, with a focus on digital and IT skills. Being a qualified lecturer, I am confident in presenting ideas and projects to stakeholders. It comes naturally for me to express my professional viewpoints and ideas to teams and students.
