Managing part of the Retail Systems as it is multiple systems, I took the role of managing Channel portal – WinCash systems which include the payment from all shops, kiosks, fans, franchise, express and POS. These payments include deposits and shopping for items. My work is to manage the delivery from vendors as no development done at orange, so it is outsourced to software companies like Asset, IBM, FENDEV and NTS. So I must ensure that the requirements have been done according to the SRS, and all stakeholders from Orange are aligned with the changes, this process is done through monitoring the execution of project by requesting prototypes, weekly status reports and meeting to discuss current status trying to facilitate work of the vendors by removing obstacles, explaining any misunderstanding, after finishing development Orange process of acceptance start with the SIT (system integration testing) as we have multiple systems interact with others and after ensuring that the system is working as expected, follow up with the UAT which includes all orange departments affected by the project.Another part of my role to work with the business if they have new requirements to issue a project and propose ideas for solving their problems which include analysis for the new system, and then manage the project after taking the required acceptance from high level managers

May/2010 – Mar/2015 (Senior project manager)• CAF Competition Management System(CMS) (3S 10/2012- 3/2015) Description and Methodology: Project to manage CAF competitions, the strength of the application that it can be configured to match any kind of football competition either cup or league or mix from both kinds.Our customer is CAF members from different African nationalities, including all the officers from all the departments, I was engaged to this project starting from the bidding phase to give accurate estimate about the cost and time, after getting this opportunity I started by the communication management and that is done by identifying all stakeholders and collecting their requirements.After finishing the analysis document (SRS) and take formal approval on it then starting the development phase, all the team members share in the PM plan by giving their estimate about the task and creating the risk management plan.Communication was the most challenging area in this project as we have multilingual customers that need to be engaged in our progress and to check his requirements and if it will fulfill his business, so my role was to arrange sessions for training and at the same time for verifying the scope of our implemented modules.My daily work was monitoring the time sheet of the team members and updating• Attendance Systems- 3S: Creating an attendance system that is specialized in employee attendance not related to payroll, and giving the monthly report that is specialized to the customer attendance business like type of shift, rotations and overtime. Our customers in that project are Holding Company for Water and Waste Water with its different branches, Egypt Air, Moharam Bakom, SeaHarvest, Novo, Fujitsu, Arabic African Bank with different branches, international Arabic Bank, Pipe oil and Faragello• 3S [PMO] : Creating project management office for 3S and implementing a process for effectively managing project, besides giving training for the PMs.
