Diversified skill having worked in several industries and various responsibilities both as an employee and a consultant software application development and business operations. Recent years I have become involved in special education and applied behavioral analysis for children with autism and other LDD's. Graduated with a BS in Social Science and Psychology and with honors. Currently attending grad school for a Masters Programs for Special Education: Behavioral Therapy with a Focus on Autism. My son is 5 years old and has kept me business with autism and other related symptoms. But it opened up a new world of knowledge, people and opportunities. Created a framework for using iPad applications with the STAR curriculum for autism within a Kansas City Metro School District. This was my Senior Project for school. Schools district rolled out a pilot program and is expanding roll-out throughout several of its schools. Within the project researched and identified iPad applications for various curriculum areas of known autism deficits (i.e. social skills, verbal and expressive labeling, cognitive skills, fine motor etc) for autism. The program supported teachers using new technology and teaching children on the spectrum.Specialties: creativity, organization, process assessment and solutions, business resumption plans, application implementation to customers, applied behavioral analysis methodologies and advancing the knowledge of autism and always moving forward!
