Manage the sales department to achive the targets of the company

1.Deplete the company’s inventory of finished product (Fabrics) in the most economical way.2.Sort, categorize and rank all fabrics inventory in a way that facilitates the transformation of fabrics into garments (suits & formal pants).3.Identify, qualify and contract factories for garment making.4.Staff the new unit as appropriate.5.Initiate and produce garments to cover the wholesale demands.6.Build the wholesale channel with all what it entails including setting up outlets, man and run all wholesale outlets. 7.Manage stock levels of garments in terms of production and stores availability

1. Grow company glass container business by introducing new packs in the market to acquire market share from the PET, Tetra Pack and Plastic containers.2. Present MGM management with new fields in the glass industry to enter into it by presenting a complete business model for the new initiatives e.g. Tableware, Crystal & Floating glass.3. Get new orders through our e-network, e.g. new sites we have recently joined.4. Lead MGM teams involved in different client approved supplier projects.
