1- Managing and performing the spectral Lab. responsibilities, leading to achieve the quality requirements.2- Starting with testing our supplied Raw Materials such as (Scrap & Lime & Cokes & Ferro-Alloys & Fluxes & Refractories).3- Performing samples preparation for Spectral analysis on XRF & O.E Spectroscopy. 4- Insuring the chemical composition for all Raw Materials by using X-Ray Fluorescence Spectroscopy (XRF). 5- Performing the quality control procedures for sub-processes starting from the produced "Casting Billets" from Melt Shop Area (EAF) & (LRF) & (CCM) ,reaching for the final steel Rebars from the Rolling Mills production lines. 6- Insuring The Mechanical characteristics & The chemical analysis for the final product steel Rebars by using Optical Emission Spectroscopy (O.E). 7- Handling & analyzing customer complaints with right corrective actions.

1-Establishment the Lab. Policy; (Preparation of lab. documents & organizing the relation between lab team & also with the others Departments). 2-Starting With Searching For Good & Suitable Raw Material Sources such as (Cement, Sand, Pigments, Lime Stone Fractions & Marble Fractions), including Testing These Raw Materials Inside Our Source.3-Testing Our Supplied Raw Materials & comparing The Results according to our Standard which Approved from Finland Co.(RAUTE) like (Setting time test for cement ,sieve analysis (Wet& dray)) test for all raw materials ,slump test for cement & hardness test for cement) 4-Testing The Products Quality Direct From The Packing Machine & Comparing The Results With Our Standard.5-Research & Development for New Products or Decrease the product Cost.
