I have been in the welding technician program at SAIT for the past year.A career I am interested in getting into is something in the automotive industry such as a mechanic and fabricator.I have been working on cars since I was young with my grandfather. More recently I have been working on some of my projects and some friends' cars fabricating exhausts and car parts and doing some repair work.I have been around these trades all my life and have experience in it but I am still looking to expand that experience and improve my skills and knowledge.I have always believed in working hard and getting a job done right. This is because your work represents you and the company you work for and if it's done right the customer will be satisfied. As a car enthusiast and welder, I have done work fabricating parts and exhausts for my project cars and other peoples as well. As an active member of the car community, I have made connections with other small business owners who do fabrication for vehicles as well and have been learning from them and have made meaningful connections with them.Some skills I have include - Welding in all positions
