Promote the potential customers to the banksTo propose opinions about customers to upper and related managementTo defend and protect customers with rational thoughts and judgmentsEstablish relationships for Investment Banking, preparing the required credit and financial analysis as per the bank policies and procedures to enhance the bank’s market shareSyndicate Loan Arranger (include Club Deal)Join and being responsible for all the bank’s extra activitiesPrepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports if requested

- Oversee the department and involve in every aspect of HR from strategic to operational issues including departmental operation process improvement- Responsible for manpower planning and budgeting, perform recruitment, selection and retention- Payroll management coves monthly payroll, annual bonus and yearly appraisal exercise- Ensure adherence to Labor Law and other related legislations- Provide counsel to management regarding employee relations’ issue to derive and implement solutions- Ensure all employees comply to Company’s policies and procedures and occupational health & safety rules
