1) Report to the Chairman & Board of directors.2) Develops the company budget, strategic plans, assessing the potential business opportunities, and monitoring the market outlook, locally, regionally, & globally.3) Supervises all the company different departments mangers (Operations – Technical – Chartering /Commercial – Marketing - Safety – Finance/ Accounting – legal -HR- …..etc) .4) Supervises and monitoring the company expenditures (OPEX & CAPEX) .5) Supervises and monitoring the accomplishment of the company annual target. 6) Manage & Monitor the implementation of the company polices & safety management system “SMS” and the HSE standards.7) Promote the company OSVs fleet to the Oil & Gas Exploration & Production Companies, and exploring the best practices to upgrade the company fleet according to the expected poetical projects / new business opportunities.8) Fellow up the undergoing Vessels Charter contracts and enforce the necessarily measures to ensure that our client(s) objectives had been met satisfactory. 9) Manage & Supervises the company tendering committee for the new Exploration & Production issued tenders, and projects. 10) Maintain the company awareness with the Local and Regional Oil & Gas explorations, plus the future potential projects / OSVs vessel demands. 11) Oversee & Monitor the operational readiness, sea-worthiness of the company fleet in terms of: the Marine / navigational, plus the related technical support maintenance Dry-Docking repairing Shipyards, Spare parts, vendors, Statuary certificates (Classifications Societies, Flag state) , and the company Marine agency 12) Ensuring that all vessels operate safely, efficiently and cost effectively, complying with all relevant international and local regulations and charter party requirements.13) Oversee sale and purchase of company vessels.14) Oversee insurance cover for the fleet. and Liaising with underwriters for P&I and Hull & Machinery polices along with the insurance clams.

1) To Mange & implement the BOD approved Marketing strategy and the related action plan. 2) Promote the Company new Built projects of Naval Ships /Patrol Boats and OSVs vessels along with our Shipyards facilities / capabilities for Shipbuilding, Ship & Rigs Repair, and major conversion Projects.3) Addressing & proposing the Governmental Sector for Navel & Coast Guard vessels along with the Oil & Gas Exploration & Production Companies with the company OSVs fleet for new business opportunities & poetical projects.4) Negotiate and prepare the vessels BIMCO Shipbuilding Contract & CPAs terms & conditions along with the new Shipbuilding & Repair projects Contracts.5) Liaising with our Operations, Technical, Design, and Tendering Departments for the new Built projects e.g.(AHTS , DSV, PSV, utility ship) as per the Client technical & Operational requirements.6) Update our Data Base & prepare the related feasibility studies for the potential projects & new business units.7) Screens and identify potential business opportunities by analyzing market strategies, prospects.8) Identifies and develop a strategic relationship with partners and existing or potential customers.9) Working closely with the potential clients and business partners Locally, Regionally, internationally and negotiate & prepare the related mutual Business agreements / MOUs /Contracts.10) Evaluates and resolves technical feasibility, design optimization, customer requirements, cost estimation and production issues related to new Vessels Projects.11) Maintains close relationship with classification societies and regulatory bodies to monitor changes and development in regulations that impact future projects.12) Develop and implement operational standards, Polices and Strategies to be Utilizes for Continuous Improvement of productivity and profitability.13) Managing the Warranty and the Marine insurance (Hull / Machinery and P&I) Cases, and claims.

At Mubarak Marine & Dubai Shipbuilderding & Engineering Group LLCA. AS the SHIPYARD Deputy General Manager in charge of operations ( Building and Repairs).Duties & Responsibilities: Manage, lead and oversee all aspects of daily operations and all facets of projects execution including maintaining quality standards, cost effectiveness and time management ensuring projects are on time and within budget:1) Manage all staff on site (573 people+) for all trades and activities ( shipbuilding and repairs).2) Develop the local content within the construction activities of the shipyard by recruiting and training local Human Resources.3) Improve maintenance reactivity to serve the regional clients Conduct formal and informal assessments and evaluations of project performance through the analysis and interpretation of objective and subjective evidence Assess/Manage project risks and opportunities.4) Prepare and present project performance reports to management, analyze variances and recommend appropriate corrective action to management, track progress and exercise judgment in determining matters of significance and scale appropriately.5) Responsible for facilitating technical interface between Customers and Shipyard.6) Participate in the logistics requirements of project.7) Accountable for adherence to company policies and procedures, contractual requirements and expectations.8) Develop and maintain good relationships with all projects stakeholders: review and interpret designs, drawings & specifications, recommend changes to the plans and specifications to meet actual vessel conditions; consults with all stakeholders as necessary, implement and manage to acceptable.9) construction practices, as requested review vessel project proposals; review all planning data; evaluate scheduling and practical engineering feasibility.10) Apply knowledge of marine engineering principles as applicable to the design, construction and repairs of ships and ship systems.

As : DPA & Operations Manager1) Assist the Managing Director on formulating company policy related matters.2) Controlling the operation department expenses budget. 3) Arranging with the top managements the annual operation department budget. 4) Closely monitor overall day to day vessels operations and their readiness standard and planning, supervise the vessels on Dry Docks.5) Handling the clients requirements and follow up the Company vessels while performing the assigned operations.6) Liaising and monitoring the clients operational feed back to the top management. 7) Monitor the vessels Class and the Flag state compliance and updating their requirements. 8) Monitor Insurance policies “P&I club” and “The Hull and Machinery” and the necessarily co-insured clauses with the charter as per each operation nature of each operation.9) Investigating accident reports regarding safety.10) Supervise the Port Captain, Port Engineer & the Technical Department.11) Dealing with the shipping agencies & Crewing agency regarding the vessels crew.12) Conducting Internal audits of the shipboard Safety Management System participating in quality & HSE review meetings.13) Implementing the company ISM Sys. and maintaining all the related documents records/audits reports.14) Receiving Near Miss data from ship and forwarding to Charterer on appropriate format.15) Select and employ suitably certified/properly trained officers and crew for fleet vessels, as per the requirements of STCW & CHARTERERS.16) Keep up to date record of requirements, training, and qualification of Officers and Crew.17) Keep ship and shore staff aware of new developments in the shipping industry which is having direct effects on them.18) The preparation and review of shipboard operational procedures and checklists.19) Liaising with fleet personnel on training requirements.20) Carryout the role of DPA “The Designated Person Ashore” as per the ISM Code.
