1. Monitoring and administering Staff attendance & leaves balances according to labor law contain 250 employees. Administering all kind of records or transactions which reflect on staff monthly payroll and any payments regarding wages & salaries according to policies, procedures &Labor Law.2- establish and maintain all personal files and records 3- make finger print for new employee 4-prepareing incentive according to rules of leaves and absences5- Work with HR on a regular basis to assure complete coordination of pay, benefits and deductions6- responsible for files and archive and all document concerned with employee.7- making all report about employee and about vacations8-making report of termination for employee9- Research and make recommendations on retirement and insurance plans.10- Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine cause of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices.11-Work with HR on a regular basis to assure complete coordination of pay, benefits and deductions12-Ensure the company file in ministry of social affairs is complying with the country rules and regulations13-Ensure all employees are holding company residency.14-Opening of Bank accounts for new employees and preparing documents for the same15-responsiple for health card and update all of employees card
