Learned how to program in Python, properly manipulate data, make predictions using statistics and machine learning, and how to utilize collaboration tools like SQl databases

 Led a team of 5 technical professionals to perform tasks related to network nodes maintenance, configuration, reporting, and customers’ complaints and satisfaction. Kept my CTO informed about progress and challenges to reduce unexpected circumstances.  Liaised with vendors on all issues including required upgrades, configuration management, trouble tickets and other aspects of system support.

 Managed IN and core network teams which consisted of 7 engineers. Reported technical challenges and proposed resolution strategies to C-Level management. Worked cooperatively with the CCO and team to produce innovative services and ensure that the backend technical capacity fulfilled the front-end business plans. Led and directed the development and integration of SIMBOX detection solution to help block numbers that are being used as SIMBOX. Analyzed performance statistics and implemented network changes to improve KPIs. Integrated and configured interconnection with new network nodes.

 Performed operation and maintenance for IN nodes. Analyzed signaling messages, call traces, and logs and inferred solutions. Wrote shell scripts using bash, awk, and SQL to automate administrative tasks. Implemented new profiles with new tariff plan to meet marketing requirements. Administered solaris cluster, and veritas volume manager to manage storage devices and resource groups. Managed informix database, Solaris, and Linux servers.
