Current role includes overseeing the design of 5+ temporary exhibitions annually, and putting in place a development, redesign strategy and implementation of facilities, community spaces, and permanent exhibitions across Sharjah's 16 Museums. This includes working with budgets, team members in different departments and museums, revising and implementing relevant policies, hiring, training, and evaluating staff and projects for development purposes.Currently a member of the policy committee. Other committees within this role includes leading a team of museum professionals to evaluate facilities across Sharjah’s 16 museums and planning a development strategy.

Work with facilitators to provide museum-focused interactive educational sessions for 20 students annually, with 10 students from the MENA region and 10 from Germany. My primary focus is on museum learning.The program is divided into two stages: a visit of up to ten days to Sharjah and a corresponding visit of the same duration to Berlin, accompanied by online sessions throughout the year.SAWA سوا ( = Arabic for together) is a joint initiative of the Sharjah Museums Authority, the Staatliche Museen zu Berlin and the Goethe-Institut Gulf Region together with the University of Applied Sciences Berlin (HTW) aimed at students of museum studies and museum professionals in the early stage of their career.

Led the learning department team in designing inclusive educational programs for many segments of society including schools, universities, families, adults, community groups, and special care centers. The role included interviewing and hiring 20+ team members, training, budgeting, strategic planning, and creating annual reports of visitors data and analysis for development purposes.Played a key role in the success of community outreach initiatives such as the Museum Express project and the Museum in the Middle East Journal.In this position, I also led the policy committee between 2013-2015, then as an active member between 2016-2019. I was also part of other committees focused on evaluating staff performance and restructuring strategy and implementation across Sharjah museums.

Deliver sessions per request on museum learning and community outreach to students of Master's Program in Cultural Heritage Preservation and Management. The program is implemented by ICCROM-Sharjah and the University of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

Volunteering with ATHAR Regional Centre involved participating in the organization and preparation of events under the direction of Dr. Zaki Aslan, the director.

Supervised the education specialists in designing and delivering family and youth programs across Sharjah Museums.

Planning activity-based tours and workshops for the monthly family programs, as well as school programs aligned with the UAE Ministry of Education curriculum.
