Develop and maintain purchasing policy and procedures to ensure that all purchasing is carried out in a manner which adds the most value to the business..Support strategies and objectives to ensure raw & packing materials are purchased in line with overall business requirements.Monitor and manage PSP Direct Costs AOP to ensure that all purchases are made within budgetary requirements and agreed savings (productivity commitments) are realized.Improve PSP purchasing practices to drive a sustainable competitive advantage and contribute to bottom line profitability.Select, develop and manage long term relationships with key strategic suppliers of materials and OGS to establish and maintain superior quality, supply, service and cost across all materials & services, and to continually identify and implement solutions (raw material and process) which will favorably differentiate PSP products from those of competitors, on a sustainable basis.Create cross functional synergy between different departments to support optimum decision making for the business and excellence in execution to add appropriate value to the business through championing the Change Management.Identify, evaluate and recommend other purchasing opportunities across PSP business to support other functions in optimally managing their required purchases. .
