I’m honored to work with a diverse group of companies everyday advising on strategy, ways to minimize their risk, and meet compliance objectives without disrupting innovation.I'm passionate about advancing careers and promoting diversity in the privacy and security fields as a board member and co-founder of Women in Security and Privacy (WISP) non-profit organization.I started Aleada Consulting in 2017 along with two co-founders with a goal to build a culture and flexible work environment based on our values; passion for privacy and technology; while promoting diversity, entrepreneurship, and inspiring the next generation of leaders in privacy and data protection. I've helped to grow one of the firm's San Francisco office leading recruiting and business development efforts, as well as overseeing diverse teams of experienced consulting resources.
