• Perform routine business processing transactions, which are non-repetitive and involve independent thinking, including data-entry in system, issuing policy documents and billing premiums based on set guidelines.• Review, evaluate, verify and process work for multinational business including calculation of taxes / adjustments, billing premiums and issuing policies to the client.• Communicate with Producing Office, Multinational Risk Practitioner, Underwriter or clients to collect information for policy issuances.• Respond to queries by Clients, Producing Office or Underwriters.• Update payments for policies and communicate with other departments such as Finance / Accountings and RISO to obtain updated payment information.

• Focal point in the end-to-end recruitment of the PLUS Malaysia Berhad Group (PMBG)’s PROTÉGÉ Trainee Program.• Accountable to research, advertise and screen the potential candidates based on the requisition raised by the hiring managers/clients of PMBG.• Managed stakeholder requests and needs for the adoption of PROTÉGÉ Trainee.• Assisted the end-to-end process of PROTÉGÉ Trainee Program employment lifecycle in PMBG such as placements, preparation of approval and employment offers, on-boarding programs, preparation of dashboards.• Coordinated schedule between candidates and hiring managers as well as conducted interviews with hiring managers and follow through until the completion of hiring.

• Assist in planning and conducting courses and trainings for public officers in the area of nationalism ethics, integrity, psychology, counseling, and Islamic management.• Design event posters to be advertised at INTAN’s official website specifically to inform public officers regarding trainings and courses available.• Assist in consultation and research in psychology, counseling, and Islamic management among civil services with holistic solutions.• Provide assistance in the office administration to ensure the operation of the equipment run efficiently and effectively.• Assist the officers in managing the filing systems.
