I have been involved with all forms of media for over 25 years and I love that it continues to change and evolve all the time. It keeps things in the world of marketing and advertising interesting, and I enjoy the challenge of finding new platforms and tactics that will help increase client’s performance goals.I am not afraid to get my hands dirty and jump in wherever needed. My days consist of managing marketing budgets, managing a team of media buyers/planners/coordinators, working on presentation decks, crafting measurement/analytics reports that tell a story and are actionable, evaluating media and increasing spend on the best ROAS performers, working with multiple departments to make sure the marketing campaigns and messaging is strategic and cohesive, as well as working with all the retail partners to come up with effective ways to use co-op funds.I started in media as a Traffic Manager and over the years gained experience as a Project Manager, Media Planner, Media Buyer, Media Supervisor and currently as a Sr. Media Director. I have worked with both B2B and B2C clients in all forms of media ranging from traditional print, tv, radio and OOH, to now more digital, social and video platforms and tactics.I have grown media departments and put procedures in place at various companies. I have a keen eye for hiring the right people that can help a department thrive and have a positive impact on the company culture. Watching someone I manage succeed, to me, is just as good as if the success was my own.I am thankful every day that I work in such an inspiring and innovative industry, I have worked with some incredibly talented people along the way. I am loyal, dedicated and ethical, I see things through to the end. My weekends are filled with spending time with my family - watching my high school son play lacrosse and football, and driving my middle school daughter around to her various dance classes and competitions.
