This feeling of newness is something that has ironically been a constant in my career, where I've stepped forward into unchartered territory and mapped the world around me as I go.I left my home country of Australia to live somewhere new in 2018 (Singapore), became the first product leader of my kind for LinkedIn Ads in Asia-Pacific, learned a hard skill to become proficient in SQL and by putting myself out there as an industry speaker in product marketing and internet technology networks. I also started art classes - because anything can be learned, so why not give it a go, right? Constantly trying new things and taking on new opportunities have meant that I've developed into a full-stack product marketing leader impacting technical and non-technical aspects of the product lifecycle including: • Product roadmapping, prioritisation and testing. • Customer empathy through research and B2B industry expertise • Go-to-market planning, strategy and execution to launch product solutions• Managing up, across and down across Product Management, Engineering, Marketing and Sales stakeholders to drive projects to completion• Showing business impact through revenue-based outcomes, alongside product and marketing KPIs.• Working across a variety of product types including ad formats, auction dynamics, data standardisation, ad reporting, order management, user workflows and live streaming. Above all else, a love of newness means I get to take something complex that I experience for the first time and reshape it into something digestible for other. I strive to make everything I work on easy to understand. I like getting to the point (respectfully) and giving people the information they need to be successful.
