I am a results driven and creative manager with 3 years of experience running a business while managing and developing a team of 16 leaders. A passion for operational excellence and visual merchandising throughout saw me strengthen these skills and later leverage them cross functionally within the business. I worked closely with the community team on regional events and initiatives that helped reinforce existing community relationships while also forging new ones. I leverage my visual merchandising skills and knowledge to coach and mentor other managers and leaders across the business to drive sell-through and boost sales.I am a quick and eager learner who is driven by collaborating with others, aiming to gain a broader understanding and perspective in order to strengthen commercial ideas and strategies. I have developed an in-depth understanding of sales data and metrics and its impact on driving sell-through and therefore sales performance. Combining this with employee engagement and buy-in was my secret sauce as a business leader.My experience within the retail space has allowed me to develop and demonstrate strong decision making skills, whilst my work over the past two years has strengthened an innate ability to learn and adapt to new situations and environments. I have developed strong skills as a people leader and learnt to be a compassionate and open manager. I am now looking for a change in career that will enable me to blend my passion for design and branding with my skills in leadership, business and project management.
