Start the shift of by preparing menus and drawer. Greet customers as they come in and seat them according to server rotation. As customer’s come up take their bill and form of payment. Handle any customer complaints. Answer the phones in a timely manner, answering any questions the caller may have, taking reservations, taking to go orders, and schedule appointments for banquet rooms. Put together to go orders, get desserts for here or to go, prep and make gift cards, help servers out, clean and stock around the host stand. Get seating chart ready for the next shift, give servers a side job to do, take the bakery order from Maxims in Oconomowoc. Closing duties involve making sure all servers and bartenders have been paid out, making sure the restaurant is all clean and everything is put away, and making sure all doors and the safe are locked.

Start of the shift stock butters, creamer, jelly, sugar, salt, and pepper. Get ready for the shift by stocking everything that will be needed in back of house and clean around the restaurant. When seated, go to table and greet the customers and start them off with something to drink and bread. When customers ready, take their food order and place it into the computer program. When ready take food to the customer and see if anything else is needed. Periodically check on them, when done take dirty dishes to bus bin and drop off check if the customer doesn’t want anything else. If host is busy, greet and seat customers and answer the phones. Greet clients as they come into the lobby and in the drive. Run transactions correctly and in a timely manner while making small talk, if a conversation is good record it into our system. Inform clients about products and services that will be beneficial to them. Solve any problems or questions clients have. Answer phones in a timely manner and direct them to the correct extension as well as making phones calls to follow up with clients, see if they have any questions or concerns, along with checking in on them. Stock and do inventory of supplies needed, make starter kits for new clients, come up with marketing ideas, participate in community events, and file paperwork. Make sure drawer is balanced and work is scanned into the system. If closing bring in the tubes, turn the cameras off, and clean and lock up the lobby.

If interested sign them up and place them into the computer program.Organize and file paperwork updating it into the computer as well, put paperwork in appropriate folders. Go around the gym; put away any misplaced equipment to there proper places and checking on members to see if they need anything. Clean the gym, do and fold laundry, and clean bathrooms hourly. Answer the phones in a timely manner; answer any questions the caller may have. Watch any members children till they are done working out.
