Alycia Doxon is the founder of Harriet Ventures (www.HarrietVentures.com), a newly established private equity firm with a focus in early stage B2B SaaS companies. HV made their first acquisition in August 2023, of a fintech company called Seraf (www.Seraf-Investor.com), which provides portfolio management software to venture capitalists and angel investors, and Alycia has taken over the helm as CEO.Alycia holds a B.B.A. in finance from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, and an MBA from Oxford University's Saïd Business School. She has amassed experience at the c-suite level across a range of startups, encompassing fields like medical device, SaaS, tech-enabled short-term rentals, and fintech. Additionally, Alycia has a background as an active residential real estate investor, with seven years of involvement in the field.Alycia's involvement in startup culture was prominent during her time as the president of the Collegiate Entrepreneurs’ Organization at UWM. She completed the University Innovation Fellows program at Stanford University, and won first place in the Lubar School's Business Ethics Competition. Additionally, she earned a full-ride scholarship for her academic and leadership achievements.Alycia's diverse experiences have now culminated in the establishment of Harriet Ventures, where she leverages her skills and insights to foster growth and innovation in the SaaS companies that HV acquires.
