I am a Relationship Banker at Truliant Federal Credit Union.I've had the opportunity to acquire several practical hard and soft skills over the last year and a half with Truliant in my current role.My daily responsibilities at Truliant include promptly replying to emails from members using Microsoft Outlook. These emails can range from straightforward account questions to complex claims queries that require me to get in touch with multiple departments to come to a resolution for members. I also work one-on-one with members to open accounts, provide lending options, and investigate and fix internal problems within member accounts.Since I am the face of the organization and most members' first point of contact, I take great pride in being personable and an effective communicator, particularly when it comes to de-escalating situations.My numerous years of customer service expertise combined with my experience with internal resolution and communication, as mentioned above, would make me a great addition to any company.
