Responsible for creative production across all clients in the agency from initial brief through to final delivery. Included sourcing and managing suppliers, scheduling traffic within the agency, managing budget and timelines, and providing final sign off for all work leaving the agency.

Increased unique visitors to Epworth website by more than 20% in the first 12 months by managing the redevelopment of the new site. This involved user acceptance testing, collating and uploading content for over 1000 pages, implementing a process for ongoing updates, managing technical issues with developers and creating the training guide.
