This job has allowed me to learn how to be secure and diligent in security of a location. Also, this job has allowed me to communicate and connect with many different types of people that would go through the sports center.

This job taught me how to work on something even though I would fail consistently. I would have to call alumni, and so many people were angry that I was calling, and would shut me down quickly. That did not stop me though, so I kept calling and was able to be a valiant worker and got alumni to donate to the University.

This job taught me all about responsibility and taking lead and action to be a leader of very intelligent students. I learned how to work with multiple different kinds of co-workers, such as other RA's, TA's, instructors, and supervisors. I also had to deal with multiple high stress situations working here that happen rarely. I dealt with the problems maturely and respectively. This job taught me a lot about myself and what I am capable of.
