As a Senior Executive / Account Manager, I work closely with clients interested in advertising on Al Jazeera Media Network (AJMN) platforms, whether directly or through sales representatives and media agencies. My role focuses on driving revenue growth and positioning AJMN as a premier advertising platform across MENA, Europe, and the UK.Main Responsibilities:* Define and analyze targeted advertising markets, assessing ad spend to maximize financial returns.* Design and execute strategies for TV and digital media campaigns, including media coverage, interviews, and program production.* Attract clients from key markets and build strong partnerships, ensuring their campaigns align with Al Jazeera’s platforms.* Develop customized advertising presentations that address client needs and enhance campaign success.* Position Al Jazeera Media Network as a reliable platform for advertisers by highlighting its reach and influence.* Collaborate with internal teams to optimize programming packages based on audience demographics and ratings.* Streamline workflows between sales and customer service to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns.* Oversee the use of data-driven insights to generate target lists and improve ad sales strategies.Additional Contributions:* Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the advertising landscape.* Participate in industry events to promote AJMN and network with potential clients.* Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.* Monitor and evaluate the performance of advertising campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement.By focusing on market analysis and building strong client relationships, I ensure that Al Jazeera Media Network remains a top choice for advertisers across multiple regions.

- Prepare yearly plan for Sales Management.- Implements strategies to improve customer service, drive sales Force, and increase profitability.- Train Sales reps to be professional sales by Effective Communicate, Lead by Example, Co-operate with every member of the team, Solve problems- Motivate Sales Team to sell products to Wholesalers & Distributor.- Encourage Distributors to Buying Much products by motivational offers for them- Implements strategies to improve customer service, drive sales Force, and increase profitability.- Follow-up on customer inquires not immediately resolved- Using Microsoft Great Plains to enter data customers, bills of the month, Plan for new month & evaluate the performance of Sales Team
