Hi I’m Aly and I've been eating bugs for over 14 years to raise awareness. Insects must be re-woven into agriculture if we want to build regenerative food systems. I'm not asking YOU to eat bugs. I'm saying we should send food waste to insect farms, not landfills, to convert organics waste into animal feed (larvae) and fertilizer (frass).
