-Manage daily crew operations for allocated vessels-Co-ordinate with Head office on crew requirements and joining prospects-Co-ordinate with Owners concerning crew requirements and joining prospects.-Search, assessment, checking previous sea service (references, evaluation forms, sea service records) of Seafarers before presentation candidate to Owner’s consideration. -Ensure that proposed candidate qualified, certified, medically fit according to requirements of flag administration, international requirements and standards are within Company Quality System.-Keep daily maintaining of incoming and outgoing correspondence, related to duties.-Inform timely seafarers of the need to renew expired documents and certificates. Prepare and keep personal records of seafarers and database timely amended regarding work activities.-Thoroughly inform seafarers of the terms and conditions of work, company policy, anti-alcohol policy, requirements and regulations of work on vessels.-Maintains updated Seafarers’ Pools for Companies in charge of.-Arrangement documents for crew dispatching (contract of employment, guarantee letter, crew list and etcetera)-Conduct briefing with seafarers leaving for the vessel, check availability of all support documentation necessary for the travel. Inform seafarers of the route and flight details.-Arrangement visas, flag docs.-Monitor agent response and proceed to necessary action as required.
