RueVac Property Services is a commercial maintenance company specializing in parking lot sweeping, sidewalk steam cleaning, and holiday decor. We are an established company who has been successful in building long-term relationships with our clients through our attention to detail, our professionalism and ongoing communication regarding their properties.

Develop and implement safety plans and procedures including a comprehensive fall protection program and driver safety program. Work with Insurance Representatives to develop and tailor the program to meet the companies specific needs. Develop job specific training for field employees with integrated safety procedures to mitigate loss by injury. Conduct safety training with field personnel as well as supervisor training.

Coordinate special projects, contractors and equipment. Meet with customers and prepare proposals for special projects. Special Projects included all outdoor maintenance projects, general contracting and interior tenant improvement projects for commercial and industrial properties. Pulled project permits and met with city inspectors as well as property owners and managers.

Schedule and inspect all properties and equipment to ensure they meet or exceed company standards. Report and schedule follow up. Contractor relations and scheduling.
