Starting in 2011, I have worked hands-on with regulatory compliance, culminating in opening one of Colorado's first recreational cannabis stores in 2014. This marked the beginning of my deep professional involvement with METRC seed-to-sale tracking, which has since become a national standard.As an active participant in Colorado’s Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) and METRC working groups, I collaborate with industry leaders to navigate and improve regulatory processes. My expertise has led me to speak at national conferences on integrating compliance within cannabis operations. I partner with consulting groups and accounting firms to help businesses maintain accurate data and licenses.Through my company, I provide on-site audits, training, and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) development tailored to the unique regulations in states like CO, CA, MA, OK, DC, and beyond. I also hold a certification in Planning & Inventory Management (CPIM) through APICS, further supporting my commitment to operational excellence in the cannabis industry.
