Preparing/obtaining/researching leasing documentation/zoning and building permit codes to meet local permttin jurisdiction permitting requirements. As the Pre-construction designer I provided support on Fun Runs to determine whether a site was in T-Mobile’s best interest to build. Managed and Perform A&E walks with all assigned Site Acquisition vendors and provided input and dictated the design of a buildable cell site. Supported the Zoning and permitting process in obtaining the necessary documentation to submit a complete package into jurisdictional departments. Acquired new structure, concealment, shelter and vault designs and reviewed to confirm design matched our intention. Scheduled and managed Geotechnical vendors in conformance with deliverables and the verification of tower foundation designs. Managed and released into fabrication FRP Stealth concealment products; i.e. tower and/or stealth screening.

A/E Coordination of more than 150 sites. Followed up with AE’s on a daily basis, on status of drawings and ordering Zoning and Construction drawing sets for submittal. Authorized services needed for design/Building Permit submittal such as: Geotechnical Investigation, GPR, Structural Analysis, and Exploration.

My primary function as the Project Coordinator for the Verizon project was to coordinate with various departments and manage the flow of data in a smooth transition through me. Responsibilities include: updating trackers, communication on a day-by-day basis with Program Managers, A/E Coordinators, and Corporate Headquarters. Work in conjunction with Site Acquisition, Zoning and Construction Managers to update trackers, Cx-daily report and submit to Verizon on a daily or bi-daily basis. Assigned to track specific requests for services between approved vendors and departments requiring services and maintain records of such requests per site and cost.
