I have worked for the fast-food industry for 4.5 years accumulative, and it has been a great experience! The franchise Dairy Queen, has treated me well over the years, and it is a great learning experience. Over the years I have obtained three distinct characteristics which consist of time-management, leadership, and integrity. Aside from that, I have also learned the skill of communication, whether it's dealing with a happy or upset customer. It has always been a goal of mine to make each individuals experience one that will be remembered! I treat everyone with the same level of respect and understanding! Recently I have been promoted to a manager, before that I was a shift leader; both of those titles have taught me how to play an effective role of being a leader in and outside of the job site.
