As a Senior Customer Success Manager, I manage a book of 70 strategic customer accounts. I am responsible for customer health, ensuring a smooth renewal, and finding areas to drive feature adoption and expand the value Juniper Square brings to each customer's business and initiatives.

As a customer success manager, I partner with my customers to gain insight into their business needs to help drive software adoption and the value that Juniper Square brings to each of their companies.

Led a team of 15 technical account managers supporting Yardi's new markets on Breeze Premier, self-storage, and manufactured housing. My team has learned these new market segments and taken a consultative approach with our clients. I have created new implementation processes specific to these markets to increase our adoption and retention rates. As a specialized team, my team and I have the unique opportunity to not only implement these clients but support them through live chat and phone support afterwards allowing us to create lasting relationships with our clients. In addition to supporting existing clients, I work with our sales team to provide in depth demos to very large prospective clients. Prior to focusing on these emerging markets, my team and I supported Yardi Breeze for residential, commercial, association, and international clients, after showing excellence and consistency we were trusted to take on these new markets for Yardi. As a team lead I also collaborate with other leaders within Yardi, present progress to executives and train new employees to ensure their transition to the team is successful. I handle my own large clients, escalation calls and work internally to resolve problems and help Yardi Breeze Premier thrive.

As a Technical Account Manager I provided implementation and technical support to Yardi Genesis2 clients. I researched, analyzed, and resolved software issues as well as assisted clients in product customization.

My responsibilities included presenting to classes about study abroad, attending study abroad fairs to help interest students in studying abroad and helping those who chose to study abroad with concerns they have using my own personal experience.

I worked as part of a group that is working to consolidate all social media accounts for the Huntsman School of Business to create one school wide voice. My role was to measure the growth and effectiveness of the social media platforms using online tools and excel.

I helped to grow NSCS at Utah State by planning our annual induction ceremony, fundraising events, and other activities throughout the year. I acted as a liaison between NSCS and Utah State.

Working on Vocera Management methods and processes and creating webpages on SharePoint.
