As the HR Specialist, I lead a project to research, select, and implement an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to improve the candidate application experience as well as the HR team efficiencies. Daily, I sourced, reviewed, and hired employees in coordination with the hiring manager and HR team to help grow teams and backfill vacancies. Additionally, I conducted onboarding procedures for all new hires in order to provide a positive overview of the company and culture. Throughout the recruiting and onboarding process, I maintained compliance with Affirmative Action Plans on federal and state levels and updated employee records through the selected Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

With the Human Resources team, I lead the company goals program by coordinating the schedule and key deliverables, training employees, and auditing goals. In addition to the Goals Program, I coordinated and executed the company-wide review process while building the review application, hosting company-wide training, monitoring progress, and reporting the findings to managers for presentation to their direct reports. I assisted in maintaining optimal function of HR technology platforms by customizing, developing, and upgrading applications and systems, and compiling data reports and summaries for senior executives, leadership team, and HR staff to facilitate business decisions.
