I have an active Multi-State LPN License. I am open and interested in relocation. Over the last 5 years I have worked as a Patient Care Technician at a Level 1 Trauma facility in a trauma step down unit. During my time here I have not only acquired a number of skills and certifications that will follow me throughout my career, but also found my calling. I have BLS, CPI, phlebotomy, preceptor, splinting, and traction training. As a member of my facility’s Mobility Committee where we work closely with Physical therapy to train and educate our peers on the importance and safety of patient mobility. As a preceptor I teach and practice good healthcare practices and learn each and every day. Attending an accelerated nursing course while working has taught me time management and work-life balance skills that I will continue to use as I further my education and care for my patients.
