Regional Marketing Manager, Field Marketing
Current- In this role, I am playing a key role in providing a full range of marketing expertise, support and leadership to field offices/firm leaders and their financial professionals to drive strong sales results.- Collaborating with multiple firms and their leadership to develop and execute the marketing strategy for the agency.- Responsible for planning and coordinating activities to drive sales, including advertising initiatives and marketing campaigns.- Consulting on strategic direction and fresh marketing ideas with managing partners and financial professionals.- Responsible for relationship management and account management functions like strategic project intake, regular communications, prioritization of key initiatives and idea sharing across multiple firms, managing partners and internal stakeholders.- Designing and creating marketing campaigns based on target markets to gain new clients and build repeat business, as well as drive recruiting of new financial professionals to the agencies.- Developing KPIs and metrics to ensure the success of all marketing and advertising spend, and compiling regular reports of campaign performance and results.
