• Main operational support for Macy's Girls 2T-6X & Tween 7-16 design team in the creation and execution of seasonal market lines and follow-ups.
• Attend & participate in fit sessions, take notes and communicate changes to PD.

• Develop strong working relationships with the interdepartmental teams through communication and problem solving.
• Creating and maintaining style histories of each season through PLM, following up with changes to pattern-makers and tech designers.

• Supervise day to day Drop-in Center operations and functions, and assume partial proxy duties when CEO is in absentia.
• Create and track expense reports for; Drop-in Center, CEO lodging, and travel, organization events, two Work Force Development Programs, and one Reentry Program.
• Process W9's and disburse checks payable to contracted agencies/individuals.
• Set up meetings/manage calendar/presentations for CEO. Travel to the home office on a daily/weekly basis for organization record and bookkeeping with HR and Accounting/Fiscal Sponsors.
• Manage organization communications via email and phone. Assist with the creation of contracts/policies/procedures for Drop-in Center. Recruit, interview, process new hires.

• Maintain work in progress reports, communicate calendar updates to vendors/clients while providing support from beginning to end of production/development process. Working closely with client PD counterparts.
• Review and develop technical packages ready for early stages of development, and production.
• Review hand-loom, knit downs, and strike-offs with designers, and maintain record of submissions/approvals.
• Communicate daily with overseas vendors to ensure development and production samples to follow a timely schedule.
• Develop new designs, sketch and create CADs to present new ideas for in-house brand, and clients; included women's, men's, girl's, boy's styles.
• Research and shop trends to incorporate in development for in-house brand.Clients included: Boot Barn, Bebe, Sundance, and BB Dakota.
