I worked with the Head of Skills Development and the Communications team to trial an initial Yammer group for Training Designers. Following the success of the trial, I upskilled Senior Managers and drafted a communication and launch plan to share Yammer with all of Skills Development. Our All Skills Development group launched this year, and already has more than 100 active users, meeting the business need and acting upon Viewpoint feedback that our team would like to collaborate more.

Training Manager, accountable for designing the training strategy and materials for all UK based food colleagues in stores. I designed and delivered the trial and implementation of Produce Academies, an industry recognised training programme, developed as a result of customer insight. I designed an industry accredited training course for our Butchers and Fishmongers, which is delivered in collaboration with our suppliers. I am also responsible for designing and managing the long term roadmap food training, making sure our training delivers on both key customer and business objectives.
