I have 5 years of Beauty Salon experience in a salon on the outskirts of the CBD. I have been in a salon management roll for over a year where I have been managing a team of over 4 girls. I am Dermalogica Expert Trained. I have obtained my IPL/ Laser certificate as-well as completing the Global Beauty group training to use their UltraLUX Pro machine. I have over 8 years of customer service experience, 5 years of which spent in a supervisor role. I have also worked in a business that utilizes KPI's and have experience in working towards goals set by my employer as well as maintaining great customer service.
