Alysha Murji is currently the Brand and Marketing Strategy Leader at Hidden Crown, a global e-commerce based platform for providing beauty and hair solutions to women globally. Her previous experience was as a Senior Strategy and Operations Manager at Luxy Hair, reporting directly to the CEO and focusing on leading top-line business strategy & growth for the retail e-commerce business. She also worked closely on developing business cases for new products and measuring performance through paid, organic and social channels. In addition, she also focused on working with key stakeholders cross-functionally, to identify, develop, quantify and implement process improvement opportunities and maintain a culture of continuous improvement. She also led the Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting (PBF) process for the entire Luxy Hair Brand annually and developed reporting month over month and quarter over quarter, for Board and investor feedback and insights. Prior to joining the retail / e-commerce space, Alysha worked as a Senior Consultant within Deloitte’s Strategy & Operations Transformation Consulting practice in Toronto, Ontario. Prior to joining this group, Alysha completed her MBA from the Ivey Business School, with a focus in Strategy & Analytics.Prior to joining the Operations Transformation Team, Alysha's experience within Deloitte Consulting was in the Finance and Performance Management (F&PM) Group, where she focused on providing services that support the CFO and their finance organization.
