Currently working for both Easy Therapy & Pain Free Health with a broad range of responsibilities that include overseeing day-to-day operations as well as setting the strategic direction of the companies. Managing the overall operations of all 4 clinics, I am responsible for driving growth and development, and am directly accountable to the owners.

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the clinic's operations. Running all operations from patient care, staff management, billing management, scheduling, marketing, business development & compliance and regulatory affairs.

Overseeing the entire customer acquisition process. Working with customers, their families, current staff, and recruiting new members. Head of online marketing, day to day promotion and various office duties.

Striving to always maintain optimal occupancy and assisting seniors in their transition into retirement living. Working with community partners to build networks and strengthen our presence in the community.

Had a wonderful opportunity to grow my understanding of the senior care industry while workings as the program manager. Focusing on independent senior care, programming all activities, bus trips and overseeing staff.

First started as the marketing assistant, working my way to Sales & Marketing Manager. In charge of daily sales including but not limited to; tours, leasing, public relations, hosting events and more.

Working closely with one of the top teams in the Fraser Valley. Managed three assistants, handled all real estate transaction paperwork, websites, marketing, scheduling of showings, and attended conferences as needed.
