Successfully completed Accessibility Services, Safe Space, and Mental Health First Aid training. Planned departmental recruitment strategy and budget. Represented UCC and the V&E department at JRWA (Jobs, Ready, Willing, and Able grant through the Wal-Mart foundation) grant meeting and events along with activities at WDI (Workforce Development Institute through AACC). Wrote student services protocols for 19 credit or more students. Build trusting, secure, professional relationships with students that promoted their success.
