In this role, I will work with the broader YourLand business and management team to develop a strategic business plan for the diversification and build out of their industrial and employment portfolio.

Strategically aggregated a portfolio of 8 assets in key markets across the East Coast, underpinned by geographic, scale, strategy and sub sector diversification. In this role I also built a team to execute on new business (acquisitions, debt origination, etc.) and asset/development management.

In this role, I led the Industrial Capital Markets business for Colliers in Victoria, with a core focus on investment sales above $20 million.

Director in charge in the Melbourne CBD. In this role, I am responsible for the day to day to management of the Industrial sales and leasing team, with a specific focus on CBD fringe markets and properties with higher and better use potential.

In this role, I was accountable for all business and financial aspects of Urban Renewal projects across Goodman’s portfolio in Australia, including: + Identifying and driving the change to higher order land uses (rezoning) within the portfolio+ Determination of value add potential and realisation of assets post rezoning+ Negotiation of Urban Renewal asset divestments including identification of potential purchasers and negotiation of legal documentation+ Transaction management; sales campaigns and post exchange to settlement + Key stakeholder management; internal and external

As of January 2015, I was seconded to North America as part of the team that manages Goodman's North America Partnership with Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB). The partnership, which was established in 2012, has committed $2 billion of equity to establish a high quality core logistics portfolio through the acquisition and development of properties in key coastal markets across North America.

In July 2014, I assumed the role of Assistant Fund Manager for KGIT - a JV wholesale fund that owns 11 core industrial properties across Sydney and Melbourne with a total investment value of circa $800 million. In this role, I was responsible for the ongoing operations and management of the Fund in close alignment with the Fund Manager, ensuring that all compliance, governance and investment objectives were met without exception.

KGIT is a JV wholesale fund established with Malaysia's Employees Provident Fund ("EPF"). The Fund was established in June 2012 with the acquisition of 6 assets from GAIF and the publicly listed Goodman Group. The Fund acquired a further 5 assets from both vendors in December 2012 and now has circa $800 million under management. - Preparation and presentation of Investment Committee Papers- Preparation of Quarterly and Annual Reports on behalf of the Fund Manager- Fund modelling and returns analysis- Provide analysis and recommendations to the Investment Committee for new capital structures, prpoerty divestments and acquisitions, developments etc. - Assist the Fund Manager in all areas of the Fund's ongoing operations/management, ensuring that all compliance, governance and investment objectives are met

Analyst for Goodman's largest Wholesale Fund in Australia (GAIF), working as part of the Fund's Management Team. GAIF completed a number of significant Capital Management initiatives during my time as Fund Analyst including capital raisings, bond issuances (AUD MTN) and a US Private Placement (144a) which also required a corporate credit rating from Standard & Poors. - Maintain the GAIF fund model and capital management plan to ensure accurate and timely budgeting and forecasting of the Fund's net property income, earnings, distributions, returns and capital requirements- Provide property level and fund level analysis as required for internal and external reporting purposes- Undertake sensitivity and impact analysis for new property acquisitions, development opportunities and property divestments, capital strucutres, debt covenants etc. - Assist in the preparation of Executive Committee and Board reports as required- Assist in the preparation of investor reports including quarterly reports, property development and acquisition summary reports, investor presentations, market presentations etc- Represent the Fund as and when required at investor, finance and customer meetings- Assist the Fund Manager and Portfolio Manager as required to meet the Fund's compliance, governance and investment objectives

One of two analysts covering the Australian portfolio, reporting directly to the GM of Property Investment. - Calculation and analysis of property level and fund level metrics for internal and external reporting purposes- Proactive generation of ideas and initiatives to improve business performance- Standardisation of analytical methods to support optimal business decision making- KPI reporting for Property Managers and Asset Managers- Creation and implementation of a financial model for the purpose of benchmarking leasing transactions- Analysis of proposed leasing deals with reference to current budget and property valuation benchmarks- Collation and analysis of annual budgets and reforecasts- Assistance in the preparation of Regional Operating Committee papers, Board papers and statutory reporting- Preparation of data for Fund Information Memorandums as necessary for capital raisings etc. - Detailed valuation analysis of key leasing transactions- Modelling and analysis of acqusition and disposal opportunities in conjunction with Capital Transactions team- Modelling of funds management opportunities as delegated from time to time, including portfolio acquisitions, takeovers and potential Joint Ventures
