Hello, I am a graduate from California State University Los Angeles, studying in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing starting to look for roles in the Marketing and Sales Industry. As someone who is captivated by creativity, and social engagement, I am fascinated how people in the field can use their creativity and bring forth projects that engage people to interact of all walks of life. Throughout my education I have been able to develop marketing projects for companies to see how we can further their success, with this I have learned how to do customer, and company research, engage with clients, work with other creative parties, and also keep the overall mission to what the company represents. While my education covers my marketing background, I also have been able to develop exceptional customer service skills. Over the past 5 years I have worked retail which has taught me the value that passionate customer service can bring forth to a company, such as sustaining a great image, increase in company sales, and keep up customer loyalty . If you were to ask my former managers about my performance, they would complement my skills to adapt, and be a quick thinker which I see is needed in the industry.
