In a new role as an Operations Manager, in charge of the loan and data maintenance team. Previously was Delivery Manager Partnership Banking Operations at Bank of New Zealand (BNZ), I oversee the end-to-end delivery of banking solutions and services to our customers and partners. I bring more than ten years of managerial experience in the banking industry from The Co-operative bank, as well as a graphic design degree from CPIT and CQIB qualification from FINSIA. Totalling now over 22 years in banking.I am passionate about creating and delivering customer-centric and innovative banking products and processes, leveraging my skills in project planning, problem solving, new business development, and design thinking. I have successfully managed and executed multiple projects, such as launching a new digital platform, streamlining operational workflows, and enhancing customer satisfaction and retention. I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team of banking professionals, and I am always eager to learn and improve my skills and knowledge.
