I am the Office Managing Partner for the Metro New York City office of Ernst & Young LLP. I lead the EY US member firm’s headquarters and largest office in New York City, as well as the office in Hoboken, New Jersey and two wavespace™ locations in Manhattan. I am privileged to serve approximately 15,000 New York City-area professionals in fostering a culture of belonging among our people while providing excellent client service to clients throughout the tri-state area. I have more than 20 years of experience advising public and private organizations, largely in the financial services industry. I have led a range of complex accounting and valuation projects, including on governance, regulatory matters, public offerings, and business combinations. I am deeply committed to New York City’s continued growth and revitalization. Currently, I serve on the boards of NYC Autism Charter Schools in Harlem and the South Bronx, Achilles International as well as WhyHunger. I proudly serve as a board member of the Mayors Workforce Development Board and Advisory Council as well as the Advisory Council for the Mayors Center for Access and Inclusion. I also represent EY on the New York Jobs CEO Council, which seeks to train, empower, and hire 100,000 underserved New Yorkers. I am privileged to be part of the Partnership for New York’s David Rockefeller Fellow class for 2024. As a working mother of two sons with autism, I am an outspoken advocate for diversity, inclusiveness, and work-life balance. At EY, I sit on the Americas Professional Network Council, the NYC DEI Council, and as the Assurance Executive Sponsor for the EY Professional Women’s Network.
