Currently completing my year long co-op at Chan & Naylor as an Accounting Assistant. The year has been an enjoyable learning experience within the accounting industry. My role is to assist senior client managers and colleagues with any tasks ranging from administrative jobs to client work.Responsibilities include:- Maintenance of Client Database- Manage various outsourcing jobs and also jobs at audit- Processing of client source documents- Preparation of work paper files- Preparation of bank reconciliations for clients- Coding of client documents for processing in Handiledger and BGL- Preparation of client files for signature- Contact the ATO as required to follow up on lodgement of returns, organise payment arrangements and query client matters with the ATO

Currently one of the team leaders in charge of running various aspects of the Coverworld business.Main roles include assisting within the finance department for the overall business, as well as leading the training program for other new employee's.Responsibilities include:- Leading a team- Strong communication skills- Money handling- Running Training Programs- Sales

By working closely with Student Liaison Officers and fellow Administrative Volunteers, I was able to diligently work within membership renewals by successfully showcasing my administrative skills.Administrative tasks include:- Filing & handling- Answer inquiries over phone- Memberships renewals- Photocopying- Running errands
