• Plan and develop all social media content up to a month in advance with daily posts • Design graphics, flyers, videos, and Instagram stories using Canva for four program areas • Schedule all social media content using Later with 6-7 posts weekly • Produce videos for YouTube and Instagram ranging from 1-10 minutes • Photograph events for future social media content • Handle customer inquiries with high levels of customer service • Assist customers with purchasing day passes, monthly memberships, and locker rentals • Coordinate with professional staff to resolve customer complaints
