Customer Service Administrator
The core duty of a CSA with Quiktrak is to facilitate floorplan audits for clients, who are primarily finance companies. This includes communicating and scheduling the audits, performed by independent contractors across several different states and locations. Client, dealer and inspector specifications must be met with utmost detail and care. Support (both technical and practical) is provided to inspectors as they conduct audits in the field should any questions arise, requiring expert knowledge of a plethora of guidelines which vary by client and product line. Audits are then rigorously reviewed for quality assurance purposes via a variety of tools, including comparison of reports and other data. Billing and review of bids from inspectors is included in a CSA's workload. Professional communication with clients, inspectors and dealers is provided at all times.
Production Administrator
I analyzed and altered data which built online wagering made available through xpressbet.com, in addition to coordinating with partner companies such as AmTote to provide VoiceBet wagering (maintenance of IVR codes and more) and validation of information presented to customers. I was also responsible for updating process and procedure documentation for the tasks my team performed on a daily basis.
Customer Support Administrator
During my time with SureID, I held the positions of Customer Support Administrator levels I-III. I maintained customer accounts through CRM programs that included high-end Tier 1 accounts that regularly accrued payments of hundreds of thousands of dollars in transactions that I personally conducted. This was in addition to handling refunds and assisting with the organization of large registration events for new customers. Attention to detail was a requirement.
