Lead and managed a team of eighteen teachers in the early childhood division at a private community day school. Additionally, I supervised, planned, and directed the education of 100+ children that ranged in age from eighteen months to five years old. I developed new programming that increased efficiency and quality within the greater school community. My responsibilities included providing direct support to students and their families, budgeting, staffing, and collaborating with fellow administrators and leadership.

Provided supportive psychotherapy to individuals and couples. Worked with clients to address ongoing concerns and issues that were impacting their relationships, well being and management of daily living.
