CurrentAssisting users on technical support for business needs including requirements and implementation of system procedures, providing mediation between the user and IT department, as well as holding weekly or as-needed Teams meetings to assist users with technical difficulties logging into the One VM system. This includes but is not limited to analyzing and detailing requests sent into VM Support by providing timely and professional technical support to users, directing the request to the appropriate IT team for further assistance, or escalating a complex issue to a senior peer. Confirmation of required trainings and statuses of users requesting access to system maps before passing case to the IT department. Confirmation of required trainings and statuses of users requesting One VM access before creating or modifying user accounts for field application. This includes technical assistance with password resets, login issues, access issues or changes, as well as management of contact information and providing instructional assistance for user application of One VM
