I focused my practice on white collar and regulatory defense, internal investigations, and complex commercial litigation matters. I have represented leading companies and executives before the U.S. Department of Justice, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and other regulatory authorities. I have litigated in state and federal courts and at the trial and appellate level. I have also advised clients on issues including compliance with securities laws and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, litigation risk in complex commercial transactions, the handling of whistleblowers, conflict procedures, and employment matters.
