As a dedicated professional in the public sector real estate space, I support the City of Westminster in managing, planning, and developing properties that serve the needs of the community. I specialize in ensuring smooth, efficient processes in the acquisition, sale, and development of city assets. In my role, I work closely with various departments, external partners, and stakeholders, overseeing the coordination of documentation, timelines, and approvals. I am passionate about creating spaces that foster connection, sustainability, and opportunity, and I thrive on collaborating with diverse teams to deliver impactful solutions.I am a co-facilitator for the City's employee inclusivity group focused on Hispanic Heritage, the AvanZa Together Affinity Group. I also volunteer at the Irving Street Library teaching the Speak English Conversation Group. I previously worked in commercial real estate supporting executive-level brokers, working to anticipate their needs and ensure compliance with Colorado real estate guidelines. I graduated summa cum laude with two bachelor’s degrees, Business Marketing and Spanish Liberal Arts, from the University of Northern Colorado.
